I ordered a set of 4 of the tipsy shot glasses and the card game set (the black one) which includes the card game itself, 2 shot glasses and others. Regarding the set of 4 shot glasses, i received one that had a huge crack on it with glass shards in the bubble wrap. Regarding the card game set, i only received the card game, no shot glasses and any of the extra items. I reached out for a refund and received a less-than-apt refund amount. pretty slow and poor customer service, had to bump their tiktok social media to get a reply and a follow up email.
I was so upset to open my box to only one shot glass when I had ordered four! I promptly sent in a request to have my order checked on and it never happened. It's been almost two months since I've ordered and over a month since I brought it up to customer service.
